I am so happy with my decision to join the Dive Into Keto 30 Day Diet Challenge. I have been on the fitness lifestyle for years on end, and have come across information on keto, i never actually got to apply them. Having a group of keto interested people, guided by Joanniemaryc, who is herself an experience keto practitioner, has made me act on what i have been procrastinating for a long time. AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO AMAZED BY THE RESULTS

This has not been an easy journey- but this has remind me of my years running full 42 k marathon: somewhere past 20 km, your mind starts to question why you started this painful run, but you keep on pushing. When you hit the finish line, you will forget all the pain and all you can think about is the glory!

I will continue my fitness journey with the things i learned and unlearned about my body from this keto challenge. And this time around, i wont be alone as i have made a lot of amazing new friends from the keto challenge group.
