Lift it Like You mean it

Give it your all or not at all. Commit to it, stay focused and put in the hard work. And most of all, feeeel good doing it. (am sure there are more things to add here…right?) Today I had a mental battle of going to the gym or not…but while my mind was in chaos, I changed clothes and put on my shoes, and drove…to the gym. .

Here is what I did:

#Squats:
95 lbs 2 sets x 10 reps
115 lbs 1 set x 10 reps
135 lbs 1 set x 10 reps

#Deadlift:
105 lbs 3 sets x 10 reps
125 lbs 1 set x 10 reps
.
#legpress:
90 lbs 2 sets x 10 reps
160 lbs 1set x 10 reps
230 lbs 1 set x 10 reps
.
#legextensions
4 sets x 15 reps
(don’t know the weights..’)

#stifflegdeadlift
85 lbs 3 sets x 10 reps
105 lbs 1 set x 10 reps
