Wednesday workout routine glute focused

Sharing to you my glute focused workout routine that I plan to make it every Wednesday. My new workout plan is due on April 1 and this is one I plan to incorporate. But of course with tweaks and you are free to suggest some glute workout that you think is awesome.

Anyways so here it is:

  • Barbel bulgarian split squats 20 lbs 4x 10
  • kneel and down glute smiths machine 20 lbs x 15 x 1 / 70 lbs x 10 x 4
  • vertical leg press in smiths machine 20 lbs x 15 x 1 / 70 lbs x 10 x 2 / 120 lbs x 10 x 2
  • goodmorning smith machin 20 lbs x 10 x 1’/ 40 lbs x 10’x 4
  • Cable Side Leg raise 4 x 15

Yes am doing it all with Smith Machine as I did a heavy leg day on Monday.❤
