Fitness is for everyone. Fitness is for total beginners who never "workout" a day in their lives. Fitness is for people recovering for diabetes, pcos & other lifestyle related diseases. Just because your not fit doesn't mean you can't be. All it takes is just a brave one step forward to START. wherever you are in world, if you need guidance in your health and fitness, hopefully you can select from any of rhe programs that work you. My programs is direct to the truth and your come out with not just results but the "truth" & knowledge of how you attain those results. and once you have them, you can keep making these results on your own.
