  • Customized workout program based on client’s level of fitness, workout preference, & goals.
  • Client’s can choose between gym workout program, home workout program or a combination of both
  • For home workouts will have you list what’s currently available at your home. We will recommend some basic equipments (mat, dumbbells etc) but you can absolutely request to use only the current equipments you have at home.  You can even go full bodyweight workout program only.
  • Diet Program (optional upon client request but highly recommended)

Fitness Coaching via Online : P1,500/ month

Fitness Coaching via Online + 1x a week meetup for a guided workout: P2,500/month

If you need me to guide you in perSon In a workout session:

  • P2,500 solo client for 4 sessions
  • P3,000 for a group of 2 for 4 sessions
  • P3,500 for a group of 3 for 4 sessions
  • P4,500 for a group of 4 for 4 sessions
