  • Will post the workout routine in the private group page and you do the workout at your convenient time
  • Daily check in on workout & diet compliance via private facebook group page
  • Daily motivation checkin via private facebook group page and group chat
  • Receive microsite access for diet and for workout including video tutorial of all workouts so you know how to do them.
  • If you want to create your workout program, you can also follow that. Just keep daily update on the private group
  • Choose 3 levels from Total Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance
