- Learn the fundamentals of healthy eating from food choices to building your simple healthy meal
- Learn & experience the basic workout protocols in a beginners level: HIIT (High Intensity steady state cardio), LISS (Low intensity Steady State Cardio), Resistance training & Yoga
- Will post the workout routine in the private group page and you do the workout at your convenient time
- Daily check in on workout & diet compliance via private facebook group page
- Daily motivation checkin via private facebook group page and group chat
- Receive microsite access for diet and for workout including video tutorial of all workouts so you know how to do them.
- If you want to create your workout program, you can also follow that. Just keep daily update on the private group
- Choose 3 levels from Total Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance
