My September Exercise Plan

Sharing to you my September Exercise plan.

MONDAY:

  • A.M.: 15 minutes HIIT
  • P.M.: Weight Training: Chest & Back 30 minutes gym time

TUESDAY:

  • A.M.: 20-30 minutes yoga
  • P.M.: Weight Training: Shoulders & Abs 30 minutes gym time

WEDNESDAY:

  • A.M.: NONE or 15- 30 minutes yoga
  • P.M.: 15 minutes HIIT

THURSDAY:

  • A.M.: 20-30 minutes yoga
  • P.M.: Weight Training: Quads and Hamstrings 30 minutes gyms time

FRIDAY:

  • A.M.: 15 minutes HIIT
  • P.M.: Weight Training: Abs & Calves 30 minutes gym time

What do i hope to achieve?

Muscle building and fat loss and a body like Emily SKye! Hahaha!

I am on the experimental stage so i expect to do some adjustments along the way. If you got any tips comment them down below! I am also doing some intermittent fasting. Will post about that tomorrow. 🙂
